Lemmens

Lemmens, founded in 1985 by Jan Lemmens and based in Bergeijk, has grown into a leading company in parts production for clients in the medical sector, semiconductor industry and food machinery. In recent years, Lemmens has focused on series production of larger milling work (3-, 4- and 5-axis) and accurate milling of complex weld assemblies.

Quality is central to Lemmens' approximately 40 employees. Using, among other things, product-specific fixtures, high-end machines and 3D measuring machines with a maximum range of 3000 x 1200 x 1000mm, Lemmens guarantees process and product quality. Customers can count on adequate measurement reports and detailed analysis of measurements, in accordance with the customer's specific requirements.

Lemmens Metalworking complies with industry-specific quality requirements, including First Article Inspection (FAI), Erstmusterprüfbericht (EMPB) and elements of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). This commitment to quality ensures customer satisfaction in terms of quality and delivery reliability with customers in high-end industries.
